Meet The Principal

Rachel Kilgore is the principal and founder of Kilgore Consulting, LLC, a firm built on the conviction that sound strategy and well-crafted proposals are critical tools for driving meaningful change. The firm partners with communities to clarify their value, strengthen internal capacity, and secure the funding needed to sustain their work.

Rachel brings more than a decade of experience from the Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, where she served in roles including grant specialist and strategy and development coordinator. Her background spans program development and oversight, evaluation, compliance, fiscal management, and audit preparedness across state and sub-grant programs. She holds a master's degree in public administration and stays current on evolving best practices in grant management and strategic planning.
